When I build menus, I let ingredients like theirs lead the way. Fresh greens, vibrant tomatoes, and flavourful herbs—they brought this birthday dinner to life.

Our seafood came from Steelhead Food Co, a company known for sustainable sourcing and top-quality fish.
Their seafood is traceable, responsibly harvested, and always fresh. That means peace of mind for me and amazing flavour for the guests.
From delicate starters to the main dish, Steelhead’s ingredients helped me build a menu that felt thoughtful, elevated, and deeply seasonal.
Ethical Local Meats
We also partnered with Townsend Butcher, who always deliver on premium quality and ethical sourcing. Their cuts come from humanely raised livestock, and their work reflects true craftsmanship.
Their small-batch, artisanal approach gives me the flexibility to create dishes that feel both rustic and refined. From a slow-roasted main to hand-cut steaks, their meat helped set the tone for a rich, satisfying dinner.
